The big day is almost upon us! Sign-ups are set (check the bottom of the page for the list), money is coming in, the raffle is itching to be drawn!
What can you do to make sure CrossFit for Hope is a huge success for you and the entire community?
1 – Spread the word! Bring your friends, family, co-workers, strangers, etc…basically anyone you can drag along…do it! The more the merrier! Give them a taste of CrossFit while supporting an amazing cause.
2 – Fund-raise! It’s not too late. Final donations do not have to be submitted until June 24th. Every nickel and dollar counts!
3 – If you raised over a $100, bring a print out of your donation page to claim your T-Shirt made by Cean Olsen! If you did not raise $100, the shirts will be available for purchase for $15 will all proceeds going towards Hope.
4 – If you haven’t raise $100, bring $20 for a minimum donation to participate.
5 – Check the sign-up sheet below and make sure you are on it and in the correct division. Every division can scale pull-ups, so don’t sweat it.
6 – Be ready to be here until 11:30am. Heat 1 will count for Heat 2 and vice versa. If you must leave early we can probably accommodate you, but this is a community event so do your best to stick around.
7 – Remember this is NOT a competition! It’s a fun workout for a great cause. Standard rules apply: Leave your ego at the door, give it your best, and it’s all for good!
