Boot Camp – CrossFit Style

We always want to keep our members as informed as possible about the upcoming changes within our community.  Here is the next big change at Albany CrossFit and CrossFit Clifton Park.  The former 2-week On-Ramp Program is now becoming a 1 month-long Boot Camp!

Our number one goal within our facility is to keep you safe while providing our athletes with a world-class fitness experience.  This month-long program will properly introduce all new members to the fundamental movements of CrossFit, correctly inform them of our methodology, and help forge a stronger community of athletes.

For anyone who has been urging their friends and family to try CrossFit, this is more than just the typical boot camp that you’ll find at your local “globo gym.”  They will get the same excellent, hands-on coaching, and attention to detail that you all experience at every class, and still get a kick-ass workout along the way.

At the end, they will join the ranks of our ever-expanding CrossFit family. Both as a safer athlete, and a strong part of our community.
