Dear ACF/CCP coaches, members, and friends,

I am inviting you to join myself and the management team in an Innovation Engineering Jump Start event that is being facilitated by one of our newest members Erick James. Erick James is one of the top Innovation Engineering Black Belts in the country and travels the nation helping companies grow profitably. This Jump Start employs a proven system for innovating and growing businesses called Innovation Engineering. You can learn more about Innovation Engineering here.

The Jump Start is being held in two parts:

CREATE Session: Saturday, Sept 8th 9am-1pm followed by lunch and beer.
COMMUNICATE, COMMERCIALIZE: Thursday September 13 5pm-9pm with food and drink

NOTE: we will be providing food and drinks during these sessions as a thank you.

We are starting to use the Innovation Engineering Management System to help make Albany Crossfit and CrossFit Clifton Park improve, grow, and continue to be the best place in the Capital Region to get fit, have fun, and make friends. We would like you to help us on this journey.

Please email me back if you are interested and can attend the two sessions. If you can only make one, please come to the CREATE session where we will be creating new ideas for growth and improvements. During the COMMUNICATE and COMMERCIALIZE sessions we will select and refine ideas, and then action plan ideas to be put through process of Discovery during which we determine the value of the idea and whether we should pursue it or not.

This is an exciting opportunity for our community and for you personally, as you will be learning the Innovation Engineering system which you will be able to apply to your own life and careers.

Please note: this session is limited to 20 people so let me know as soon as you can. When I have all 20 Erick will be sending an official invite and short pre-work for the session.
