Why should you squat? –Coach Kat

Simply put, so you can live independently.  You sit in a chair. Then you stand up. You have squatted.  You sit on a toilet.  You stand up.  You have squatted.   You pick up the pen you dropped on the floor at work.  You then stand up.  You have squatted.  Squat; plain and simple. Keep squatting so you can move in a functional way which will enhance your ability to live life independently.  I found some great pictures online of the simple, yet always correctable air squat, and some common errors.  Take a look!

How do we fix and/or help our squat?

Squat Therapy!  Do it! Everyday! Yes, Everrryyddaayyy!  Seek out a coach to help you establish a proper squat and give you a few pointers on squat therapy!
