SCALING:
Burpees: Couch Push-Up to Jump and Clap, Squat Thrust.
Weight: Reduce weight on squat cleans as needed.
Squat Cleans: Goblet Squats, or Power Clean to Squat.
Weighted Sit-Ups: Use no weight or a lighter weight than DB.
