WOD: Medball Medley (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10 Minute AMRAP:
5 Medball cleans (20/14)
10 Wallballs
10 Overhead Lunges w/ medball
This workout will test your mental toughness. All three movements will smoke your legs, so it is best to stay at a steady pace and make sure you push yourself through it. Take a few seconds between each movement, shake your legs out if you have to, and then get right back to that medball.
