The Badass Body Seminar
We are excited to welcome Christmas Abbott to the Capital Region! Christmas is a high-level CrossFit Games athlete, a CrossFit coach, and the author of the bestselling book “The Badass Body Diet.” She will be in town, at the gym conducting a nutrition seminar. This event is appropriate for anyone interested in improving their lifestyle and nutrition – prior CrossFit knowledge and experience is not necessary.
