Below is the Summer Schedule for Albany CrossFit and CrossFit Clifton Park.

These changes will take affect Monday, May 7th.  Please plan workouts accordingly, and as always, please remember to sign-up for class before attending:

Coaches Enhancement – 6pm *Coaches Only

Wednesday:

Strongman – 6pm

Yoga – 7pm *Upstairs in Yoga Room

Hells’ Bells – 6pm

Gym-nasty – 9am

Kettlebell Conditioning – 9:30am
