Setting Mini Goals

We all want and desire to achieve our goals. Unfortunately, all too often something gets in the way, interrupts, even sometimes stops our achievement. We plan to go a month eating clean…but somewhere along the line we are eating ice cream and bagels on the regular. Not only that but you don't have the time to volume train with your busy schedule. So how else can we approach the idea of meeting a goal? albany fitness

Set a weekly goal! I mean anyone can do something for just 7 days right!?

Here's what I mean…you want to eat better? Well only have 1 piece of chocolate a day.

You want to get better at push-ups? Do 10 push-ups everyday. It will take you less than 1 minute.

Want a stronger core? Acquire 3 minutes in a plank everyday. Pick one small thing, and make it work for you. You will feel good that you can reach your goal, and larger ones will seem less daunting. Make it happen!
