30 Synchronized Burpees to Plate

30 Synchronized Plate Ground to Overhead

4 x 100m Sprints

30 Synchronized Squats w/ Plate

30 Synchronized Weighted Sit-Ups

🔹 RX Plate = 45/35. To scale reduce the weight of the plate as needed.

🔹 100m Sprints count as 1 rep each. Partners will do two sprints each. Partner 1 sprints while partner two rest.
