More than you bargained for

We take on challenges to prove something to ourselves.

We make a goal to have something valuable to work towards.

The 90 Day Challenge was just that.  Whatever the reasons for joining in, the overwhelming amount of participants were clearly looking for the something to spark a new fire.

But, what may have started off simply as a fitness challenge, perhaps gave you much more.  A new found appreciation for the group of inspiring individuals you workout with, or a new passion for health and fitness.

We can get more than we bargain for, and that journey towards the light at the end of the 90 Day tunnel could have opened your eyes to something even more that losing weight and achieving personal records.

Maybe this was what you needed to prove to yourself that you have the ability to see a commitment through.  Maybe this gave you self-confidence you never could have imagined.
