He’s Pat O’Connor, and you’ll have a tough time finding someone with more fire and persistence to improve.  Since he’s joined CrossFit and since the start of the New Year, Pat has made a 180 degree turn in his lifestyle.

Going completely clean, and dialing in his training has lead to a litany of new PR’s, a top spot in the Scaled Division at the Tri-State Throwdown, Member of the Month honors at CrossFit Clifton Park, and has a new-found 6-pack to boot!
