Deadlift Pyramid!
With a Running Clock:
0:00 – 8:00 – 10RM
8:00 – 16:00 – 5RM
16:00 – 24:00 – 3RM
24:00 – 32:00 – 1RM
Use an overhand grip only for the 10, 5, and 3 rep Maxes. For the 1RM you have the option to use a mixed grip or not.
