I. Follow this progression for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – 3 Back Squats (225/155)
Minute 2 – 10 Pistols and 10 Toes-to-Bar
Minute 3 – 3 Back Squats
Minute 4 – 10 Pistols and 10 Toes-to-Bar and so on….
II. 3 Attempts Max Handstand Holds

I think this guy has a lot of interesting points, but he has been de-licensed and is no longer allowed to practice, and has a horrible reputation. He has been investigated numerous times for a variety of patient care, negligence, and documentation questions. He has been discredited in most circles. Which is really too bad, especially if he’s right. Thought you should be aware.
