On the Minute x 10:

ODD: 5-10 Strict Pull-Ups

EVEN: 5-10 Strict Ring Dips

B: Death by 10m (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

On the Minute:

Run 10m in the first minute.

Run 20m in the second minute.

Run 30m in the third minute.

Continue this process until you are unable to complete the distance of the round you’re on within one minute. Touch the line for each 10m sprint except for the last one of a round – just cross the finish line.
