Finally WOW 13.1 has been announced:
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
This Saturday we will be running heats at Albany CrossFit at 7 and 7:30am, 10, 10:30am (11 and 11:30am if necessary). If you are signed up for the Open you must be judged and you must submit your score.

At CrossFit Clifton Park we will be running our normal 9am class with Jason Murphy.
