Perform a barbell set every 2:30.

The first 5 sets: 3 hang power snatches

The second 5 sets: 3 hang power cleans

Transition from one exercise to the other with no break between.

Start the hang power clean where you finished the hang power snatches.

A: Hang Power Snatch (Record the heaviest 3 reps.)

B: Hang Power Clean (Record the heaviest 3 reps.)
