Full Body Foam Roll (No Measure)
Spend some quality time with the Foam Roller.
Perform 1 x 20 per side in each of the following areas:
– Lats
– Upper Back
– Lower Back
– Quads
– Inner Thigh
– Hamstrings
– Glutes
– Calves
