R2: 40 Partner to Partner Wall Balls (20/14)
R3: 40 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
R4: Partner to Partner Sit-Ups w. Ball Toss (20/24)
R5: 40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Perform a different movement each round. On Rounds 1, 3, and 5 the non-working partner holds a straight arm plank, split the reps as desired. After round 5 start again at the Burpee Box Jump Overs.
