400m Run

10 Burpees

10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

Scaling:

Reduce rounds to 3, reduce distances to 200m or do 50 Jumping Jacks, modify push-ups to knees. Contact a Coach if you need further help scaling. 607-372-3015.
