Kia urges you to come join the fun at Hell's Bells:
Athletes say they want to get stronger. Well, what better way to do that then with kettlebells?! I could list all the benefits of kettlebells, but how about you hear what a few of our fire breathing athletes have to say based on their experiences. It's not always easy doing something a little different, but maybe you will find that you like it just as much as they do.
"Picking up a kettlebell and swinging it around, it is a deceptive workout. With the bell, those weights get heavy quickly! You have to use your entire body, and translates well for all CrossFit movements. I truly like the mental/physical battle." –Alli V.
"I love the 'kettlebell zone'–it takes a lot of focus and it's truly an hour long workout where I just focus on technique… the programming has just been fantastic over the past several weeks and I'm seeing gains every single class. LOVE the total body workout. I sweat like no other in the class and that's the main thing I brag about to get others in the door. Controlling the bell (and not letting it control me) is empowering (and both a physical and mental challenge) and I always leave class in a better mood! There's also a great group of kettlebell believers that seems to have become it's own little community within ACF/CCP." –Carly
"Under the awesome guidance of Viv and Kia, kettlebells has become an integral part of my CrossFit workout because not only has it helped me get stronger, fixed my posture, but it has made me realize I am stronger than I think I am. If that doesn't convince you, remember like Whitney said 'crack is whack' and if you do just one kettlebells class you will be hooked."–Amit
Come step out of your comfort zone and try something different. I think you will be surprised.
