Do you take working out for granted?!

Every time we complain about a WOD, we forget how grateful we should be for having legs that let us walk and run and practice. How about gratitude for the fact that we have arms that let us pull and push, even though though you may not have muscle-ups or easy pullups….it’s so easy to complain and lose sight of what matters.

Each time we workout, it’s a chance to get better.  To use our gifts.  To enjoy movement.  There will be successes, and there will be failures.  Just remember to always appreciate the opportunity that has presented itself to you, for not all are as fortunate.  Perhaps then, even those failures, even they may look like successes too.
