Friday Night Fights is an in-house competition that is purely for FUN! Our first event of the New Year will be held on January 30th. The theme is “Groundhogs Day.” If anyone out there has access to an actual Groundhog…please bring it in. A sign up sheet can be found in our gym, on the wipe board next to the T.V.s.
1.) Teams of 2 (One Guy + One Girl) – Team Names are a must!
2.) Expect to participate in three workouts.
3.) Division(s): None – Workouts programmed will be all inclusive. Everyone can participate regardless of fitness level or experience and scaling will be allowed.
4.) Members from surrounding gyms in the local community are welcome to join in the fun. The drop in fee for the event will be $10.
5.) Not interested in competing? We will certainly need volunteers to help judge and set up equipment. Please email [email protected] if you are interested.
6.) After the event we will be going to the Recovery Room for food and drinks. They will have Paleo menu options available for us. 15% of the proceeds will go to a local charity of our choosing.
