9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

10 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges (53/35)

11 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (53/35)

12 Calorie Bike

In round 1 perform 1 strict handstand push-ups. In round 2 perform 2 strict pull-ups and then 1 strict handstand push-ups. In round 3 perform 3 toes to bar, then 2 strict pull-ups, then 1 strict handstand push-ups. Continue adding a new exercise each round.
