30 Alternating DB Power Snatches

SCALING:



LUNGES: Do with no weight if necessary. Choose a weight that allows for large sets.



SNATCHES: Modify to the hang if needed or to Power Cleans.



BURPEES: Squat Thrust.



DOUBLE UNDERS: Reduce reps as needed, 30 Single Unders, 10 Over and Back DB Hops or Jumping Jacks, 20 Line Hops.
