Nasty Girls V2 (Time)
3 Rounds of:
50 Alternating Pistols
7 Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (175/125)
🔹 PISTOLS: Modify to a target, rig assisted, lunges.
🔹 MUSCLE UPS: Reduce to 3 to 4 reps. Transitions.
🔹 WEIGHT: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken reps.
This “Nasty Girls v2” triplet was originally created as a CrossFit Games Regional workout (2014 Individual Event #3), and was named after the original “Nasty Girls” workout from 2005.
