Wallyball is a much faster-paced version of Volleyball that is played on a racquet ball court. This is a fun, action packed sport that can be played with any number of players.
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball, also known as the ping-pong ball, back and forth across a table using small rackets. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.
Our table tennis club meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The club is free for gym members and $10 for visitors to play. The club is led by George Nagy who has extensive knowledge of the sport and can provide detailed instructions for beginners. If you cannot make it to club meeting times, the table is always set up and located downstairs by the squash courts. Paddles and balls are available at the front desk.
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are “singles” and “doubles”.
Trial Sessions are for individuals new to CrossFit. The session rate is $20 and is 30 minutes in length. You’ll work one on one with a Coach, do a short workout, discuss your goals, and learn more about our gym.
