The 90 Day Challenge is our annual fitness challenge.
It is a great way to ensure you keep your New Years Resolutions and over that years we have seen some amazing lifestyle transformations.

Benchmark WODs:
Below is a list of the workouts we will be using in the challenge. We chose these workouts because they will help us test multiple aspects of your current fitness level such as strength, endurance, agility and coordination to name a few. At the end we will retest and see what improvements have been made! All workouts will be programmed in class at the end of December / first week of January with the exception of the 10K Row. You will be responsible for performing that workout on your own or with a group of other participants.

We will also use the following metrics to help us evaluate your current fitness level at the start/end of the challenge.

All information at the beginning and end of the challenge is due no later than the dates listed below.
