We are happy to announce our first WOD for the 2015 Fall Face Off!!
This WOD is a classic CrossFit “Girl,” but with a twist!
For Time – 10 Alternating Rounds of:
15 Overhead Squats
Sprint Down & Back
Weights & Distance:
- RX (95/65)
- Scaled (75/55)
- Sprint RX (150 Meters)
- Sprint Scaled (100 Meters)
In this event the first team member will complete 15 Overhead Squats and then Sprint down the course and back. Upon returning, they will tag in their partner. Teams will continue in this fashion until they complete 5 rounds each for a total of 10 rounds. There will be a 12 minute time cap for this event.
