15 Air Squats

30 Double Unders

SCALING:

Pull-Ups: DB/KB/Odd Object Rows, Ring Rows, Body rows off fixed bar or table, Hanging Knee Tucks.

Push Ups: Off Knees or to a box/couch.

Double Unders: Single Unders, Jumping Jacks, Jumping Double Taps.
