Saved By The Barbell: A CROSSFIT COMMUNITY WIDE WORKOUT TO BENEFIT KIDS!
Join us on Saturday, September 1, 2018, as we work out in support of kids’ fitness and health. All proceeds raised will support the CrossFit Foundation’s work to provide fitness opportunities for kids everywhere, including CrossFit in schools and CrossFit for at-risk youth.

The $35 registration / donation gets you an awesome T-Shirt provided by the CrossFit Foundation (not Albany CrossFit) and listing on their worldwide leaderboard. Donations are not mandatory for ACF members to come in and have fun hitting the WOD. Drop in fees for visitors for the day will be donated to the cause.
