New On Ramp Schedule:

Looking to start CrossFit and join our community? Our On Ramp, or beginner CrossFit program, is now being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at an all new time from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. (There will be no Open Gym at those times.)

If you have friends and family looking to join the gym, please share these dates with them!

July On Ramp Start Dates: 7/10, 7/24

August On Ramp Start Dates: 8/7, 8/21
