Great Sunday Chat! Viv, thanks for your comment on everyone being equally important. I needed to hear that at this time. Caleb, I hope that shirt comes off many times, as you get psyched up, and psych up the classes. Kia, I may be asking you for some pointers if you're in when I'm there. Niki, if I didn't get on the paleo bandwagon, I'd be in far worse shape than I'm in now. Thanks for the nutrition reminder. Thanks, all of you guys! Each of you brings in something unique that enhances the learning, and hones in the training.

Jason, what is it with my age, anyway? You're too young to have a memory problem!

Improved health leads to better mental stability and outlook.Hard to say without seeing both the data and your training. But many athletes train fast because they like going fast or they think they have to push every workout. The difference now is the mistakes tend to cost me less because I have learnt how to test things before investing too much time and effort into something.
