Listed below are our program rates as well as information regarding what you receive with membership.

On Ramp (Introductory Program):

  • $199 – 12 Sessions (4 Week Course)
  • $299 – 8 Sessions (Private Coaching)
  • Special Offer: $299 – 12 Sessions + First Month Unlimited ($80 in Savings)


CrossFit Program:

  • $180 – Monthly Membership
  • $99 – Limited Monthly Membership (2x / Week)
  • $490 – 3 Month Membership ($50 Savings over Monthly Rate)
  • $1,800 – One Year Membership ($360 Savings Over Monthly Rate)
  • $5,800 – Lifetime Membership
  • Drop-In (1 Session) – $20


 Cancellation Policy:

We require 14 days notice for membership cancellations. Please email these request to info@albanycrossfit.com. A fee will be assessed to membership cancellations that require a refund.


We offer a 10% discount for the following populations because we value what they contribute to our community:

  • Family members of current members.
  • Military (Active or Veteran)
  • Police
  • Fire Fighters
  • Teachers & Students
  • Nurses


Specialty Programs:

  • $20 add on to your current CrossFit Membership to participate in the Weightlifting or Strongman programs.
  • Sports Performance: Please email info@albanycrossfit.com to schedule group sessions for your school or team.


As a member of Albany CrossFit your membership includes all of the aspects of the Court Club as well. These membership perks include:

  • The Courts: Play Racquet Ball, Squash, Badminton, Volley Ball or Handball anytime you want!
  • The Free Weight Room: Crowded in the CrossFit spaces? Then head upstairs where you can use a Squat Rack for strength movements, Nautilis machines for accessory work or even just to stretch out.
  • Rock Climbing…need I say more!
  • Attend any of the following fitness classes:
    • Body Pump
    • Cardio Boxing
    • High / Low (Interval Training)
    • Indoor Cycling
