Specialty Classes

specialtyclassespageOne of the best things about our gym, besides the expert coaching, are the specialty programs that we offer such as Strongman, Weightlifting, Sports Performance ect… However, If joining a program is not for you we do offer a variety of Specialty classes that are included in your regular CrossFit membership!

Our specialty classes are designed to supplement your CrossFit training. They are perfect to hit on your rest days or in some cases (Mobility) before or after you hit the WOD. Each class is designed and coached by a member of our passionate staff who love nothing more, but to share their knowledge on the classes’ subject matter with you! All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Let’s take a look at some of these amazing classes!


Does your Handstand technique need work? Are you on a mission to get your first Pull-Up? Do you want to laugh, have fun and develop cool new skills like back flips, forward tuck rolls and cartwheels? Then come visit GymNasty! Coach Christine McCauley, who is a former collegiate Gymnast and Certified CrossFit Trainer will guide on your gymnastics journey and help you do things you never thought you were capable of before.

Skillz Dat Killz

Practice makes perfect and it takes 10,000 reps for a skill to become instinctive. No doubt you have heard this before many times and that is because it’s true! If you want to master something in your life whether it is a specific skill or your own fitness, it’s going to take practice. Skillz Dat Killz is a perfect environment where members of any fitness level can come in and spend an hour working on specific CrossFit skills such as Double Unders, Pistols and Rope Climbs to name a few. Under the watchful eye and expert coaching of Coach Dave Blomquist you will gain the knowledge necessary to improve your CrossFit performance.

Ladies Lifting

No Men Allowed! That is not a typo, our Ladies Lifting class devoted entirely to our female members. Led by Coach Chantelle Cleary, Ladies Lifting is a fun, positive environment devoted entirely towards developing strength and fine tuning CrossFit movements. If you are looking for a place to improve your strength both physically & emotionally and feel empowered in your fitness journey then give this class a try!

Hell’s Bells

Do you need a break from Burpees, Wall Balls and Snatches? Are you looking for a way to supplement your current CrossFit Training? If you are then our “Hell’s Bells” Kettlebell class is the right place for you! Kettlebell training offers a unique variety to your training that will help you get fit, lose weight and build muscle using only one piece of equipment. Our Kettlebell guru Coach Viv Guicheney has a sharp eye for technique and will give you the challenge you need!

Mobility Class

Everyone needs it, but it can be hard to will yourself to stretch, foam roll and work on your anatomical restrictions on your own. Improving your Mobility, Stability and Flexibility is a sure fire way to improve your CrossFit performance and stay injury free. Coach James McDermott is extremely passionate about Mobility and Injury Prevention and has vast knowledge on how to improve your movement or reduce nagging pain.
