Our next Boot Camp starts:
Albany CrossFit – September 9th, 2013
CrossFit Clifton Park – August 19th, 2013
Boot Camp classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7pm and last one hour.
Boot Camp is mandatory for all new athletes. We teach you how to perform our movements safely and effectively. We also review CrossFit methodology and spend a great deal of time on proper nutrition.
Our next On-Ramp starts:
Albany CrossFit – August 19th, 2013
Our other option is our early morning On-Ramp. On-Ramp runs the same way except we limit it to 8 participants and it runs for 2 week. Our On-Ramp starts both the first and third Monday of every month.
On Ramp Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7am and last one hour.
If neither of these options work for you, we also offer Personal Training, 6 One on One sessions scheduled at your convenience. The fee for our Personal Training is $349.
