After years of bicep curls and dabbling with the occasional Crossfit workout, Chris Anderson made the leap and joined ACF in 2010. By day, he is a middle school social studies teacher and basketball coach. By night, he hits WODs hard in the hopes of becoming a better, more knowledgeable Crossfit athlete.
Chris runs our evening Boot Camp and coaches a handful of classes. He brings his love of teaching to CrossFit, often incorporating games, lessons, and fun into every class.
Chris is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer. He also has his Mobility and Endurance Certificates through Crossfit HQ.
