Congratulations to Dave Barclay!

He made his triumphant return to CrossFit at the start of the new year and took the 90 Day Challenge as a great launching point to get his fitness in peak form.  After these 3 months he lost 23 pounds and over 5 inches off his waist, shedding over 8% body fat. He set a 4 minute PR on his, as well has put up the highest improvement of all athletes on his back squat. Round it out with an almost 5 minute PR on his 10k row and adding 28 burpees to his previous best in 7 minutes, and you've got yourself an athlete to be reckoned with! Great job!
