Congratulations Camille and Johnny G (Team Squats n Fish Oil) for competing in the Beginners Bash Competition at CrossFit No Risk in Rhode Island.  Camille and Johnny G have been working hard in the gym and it showed on competition day.  Team Squats n’ Fish Oil placed 29^th out of 34 teams!  Way to represent Albany CrossFit in Rhode Island.  Great job to you both.
